Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Kate Howard and I'm a fully qualified psychotherapeutic Counsellor, offering in-person and online appointments, for short or long-term therapy near Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.

 I am an Integrative therapist, meaning I draw upon different modalities, ideas and methods that can help you to move forward in your life.

I offer a safe, supportive space where you can talk openly and reflect on what truly matters to you. Together, we’ll work towards helping you feel empowered to create more meaningful and fulfilling ways of living. A strong therapeutic relationship can bring new insight and deepen self-awareness, supported by proven techniques and genuine understanding.
